Arch Creek Park will be one of the host sites for National Public Lands day, which will be celebrating their 20th anniversary. The event will be taking place on Saturday, September 28th from 8am to 12pm. Volunteer hours will be awarded to any individuals that need them.

We are excited to announce this year’s session of spring camp at Greynolds Park. Registration for starts March 1st. Please call to arrange an appointment to register your campers. Camp Manatee is offering a special deal for the 2012-2013  Winter Camp season. If your camper(s) will be  attending both sessions, the cost will be $134 for the 6 days. the additional fees, weekly transportation and annual registration, will still apply.

Hello Everyone,

It’s that time of year again! Camp Manatee will be hosting another fun-filled summer of activities for campers ages 6-14yrs. old. Registration has started! You can register your camper(s) on the weekends at the Greynolds Park Main Office from 9:30am to 4:30pm and will continue every Saturdays and Sundays until camp begins. Space is limited, so make sure your camper(s) don’t miss out. Also please note the changes in our fees. There will now be a Before Care (7:30am-8:30am) and After Care (5:00pm-6:00pm) weekly fee of $10 as well as a transportation weekly fee of $11.  Before Care and After Care  is a fee for parents who need that service for their campers. Regular drop off time will be from 8:30am to 9:30am and pick time will be from 4:00pm to 5:00pm. Camp hours will be from 9:30am to 4:00pm. Camp Manatee also has a Counselor in Training (CIT) Program for individuals that have aged out of camp. Counselor in Training (CIT) participants will develop leadership skills and serve as a mentor to campers. CITs will learn how to lead groups and engage campers in fun activities. CITs will also assist counselors throughout the day with setting up and breaking down activities and games. Individuals enrolled in the program will receive community service hours at the end of summer. Space is limited, if interested in participating make sure to call the camp directors.
